Hours of Operation:


Normal Hours of Operation:Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Reservations under 2 hours are subject to a $40.00 surcharge.

After Hours of Operation: Weekdays 4:00-8:00 p.m. and Saturday or Sunday 8 - Noon: Rates, terms and availability of rental are dependent on HUBCAP staffing/coverage. If approved, Occupant must confirm availability two weeks prior to meeting date. Reservations under 2 hours are subject to a $40.00 surcharge.

Snow: Our Building is CLOSE if the Wallingford Schools have a delayed opening or closed.


We offer the following rental incomes to help fund HUBCAP’s non-profit venture!


Capacity Guidelines:

  • Entire Building: 160 occupants

  • Community Room: 100 occupants

  • Conference Room: 12 Occupants

  • Incubator Offices: 2 Occupants

COMMUNITY ROOM

  • $75.00 an hour (daily rate, 6-hour limit, - $350.00)

  • non refundable application fee, - $35.00)

CONFERENCE ROOM

  • $50.00 an hour (daily rate, 6-hour limit, - $175.00)

  • non refundable application fee, - $35.00)

INCUBATOR OFFICE SPACE 

  • $ 375.00 a month.(Weekly, Daily and Hourly rates are on case-by-case basis depending on HUBCAP staffing and availability)
