Our desire is to be a conduit between local businesses, start-up companies, students preparing to enter the work force and the greater Wallingford community. We offer long and short term rentals in our fully equipped incubator offices, meeting spaces, and common rooms, including wi-fi!

An integral component to the HUBCAP Wallingford is our partnership with the three high schools; Lyman Hall, Mark T. Sheehan and Choate Rosemary Hall. Our space offers a unique educational experience for students that fosters life-long learning while earning additional credits toward their graduation.
